Return Policy

Merry Richards Jewelers accepts all major credit cards. You may also purchase jewelry on a Layaway Plan. All Layaway items require a 20% deposit and must be paid in full within 90 days. Layaway deposits are refundable within 30 days, after which a store credit may be issued to the purchaser. Any layaway items not picked up after 90 days are subject to being returned to stock. All special order items require a 20% deposit due at the time of ordering.

Merry Richards Jewelers stands behind all of the top quality, name brand jewelry we sell. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with your selection, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your item. Jewelry must be in new, unused and unworn condition, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. In certain cases, such as fine watches, the original gift box with all warranty and instructional documents must also be included in order to exchange or return.

Cash and Check purchases will be refunded in the form of a check.

Credit Card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used in that purchase.

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

Labor charges, such as sizing or stone setting charges, are non-refundable.
Items specially marked ‘Final Sale’ are non-refundable.
Special Order items are non-refundable.
