Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 30 days* from the date of purchase on items returned UNUSED, UNWORN, IN NEW CONDITION, WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP, AND WHERE APPLICABLE, IN THE ORIGINAL GIFT BOX WITH ALL WARRANTY AND INSTURCTIONAL DOCUMENTS INTACT.

*Please note that labor and stone setting charges are non-refundable.

Any watch that has been altered, sized or worn is not refundable. Once the warranty is issued – final sale.

Cash and check purchases will be refunded in the form of a check. Credit card refunds will be credited to the credit card originally used for that purchase.

Special orders are non-returnable and require a 20% non-refundable down payment. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch which is ordered, engraved or altered in any way at the customer's request.

Layaway items must be picked up and paid in full within 90 days, and require a 20% deposit. All layaways require consistent monthly payments to remain active. Inactive layaway merchandise will be returned to stock. Layaway deposits are refundable within 30 days, after which only a store credit may be issued.

Final sale items are non-refundable.

Merry Richards Jewelers does not sell enhanced diamonds. It is the responsibility of the customer to clearly identify any enhanced diamond for us upon submission for repair, custom work, or appraisal. Merry Richards Jewelers assumes NO responsibility nor liability for any work performed on jewelry containing enhanced diamonds.

You are invited to stop in our store anytime for a complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection. We recommend you do this at least twice per year. We will professionally steam-clean and inspect your jewelry. Prolong the life and beauty of your jewelry with this easy step.
